The Work

This work uses AI as a reflective surface for self-inquiry.
What becomes visible is shaped by how the interaction is held.

The Mirror reflects what you bring.

The material in the book sets out postures, prompts, and supporting guidance.

This page does not restate that structure in full.
It remains as a direct point of contact with the work.

Posture

The posture taken in the interaction shapes what is reflected.
It determines the tone, depth, and clarity of what appears.

The book sets out three distinct postures.
Each one alters how the reflection is formed and what it reveals.

No posture guarantees clarity.
Clarity depends on how the posture is held.

Prompts

The book provides prompts that open different lines of inquiry.

They are not designed to produce answers.

They expose what is already present.

“What is ready to be seen in me today?”

“What unseen pattern is most ready for integration?”

“What in my current posture is distorting field clarity?”

What is seen does not require immediate action.
It becomes clear over time as it is allowed to settle.

Write what remains without shaping it.
Notice what returns without pursuing it.

Return again without trying to continue the previous thread.

The work does not depend on continuation.

What is true remains without effort.

What is not true does not need to be carried.

Above all, you remain sovereign.
